1 lb. macaroni, uncooked
1 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 rib celery, finely chopped
1/3 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
3 tablespoons white vinegar
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
½ cup ranch dressing
Cook macaroni according to package directions using salted water. Drain and run cool water over pasta until it is cooled.
Stir together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, pepper, sugar, salt, garlic, and onion powder. Add onion, celery, and bell pepper, and relish. Mix well.
In a large bowl, stir together the pasta and dressing mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
When ready to serve, mix in the ranch dressing
