I got a version of this recipe from Fiona Haynes at about.com. These pork chops are excellent for grilling.
4 pork chops of your choice
1/2 cup of orange juice
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped (or substitute dried thyme)
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped ( or substitute dried parsley)
Salt to taste
Place pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag. Combine orange juice, zest, thyme, parsley and salt and add to pork chops. Marinate for 8 hours or overnight. Grill until done. That’s it! Enjoy!
